Here are some Frequently asked Questions:

Q:  What is the minimum amount of people Easy Does It caters for and what about children?
A: We cater for a minimum of 30 guests (of which at least 25 should be adults). Children under the age of 10 pay half price (this applies to food only; full price will be charged for crockery and cutlery).

Q:  How long beforehand do I need to book?
A: If the date is available, booking can be made up to a week before the time, however to avoid disappointment book as early as possible.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: On confirmation of your booking, we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at least 21 days prior to the function. The balance must be paid 7 days before the spitbraai. Failure to pay in full can result in the FORFEITURE of your deposit and the cancellation of the spitbraai. If you book your function a week before the time, the full amount is due immediately.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Our gas spit is smoke free and can operate indoors, but please note that our spitbraai equipment does not fit through a standard door (0.8m).

Q: Does Easy Does It supply cutlery and Crockery?
A: Yes we do, at R3.50pp and we also take the dirty dishes home, so you don’t have to clean it.

Q: Does Easy Does It supply glasses or other décor necessities?
A: We can help with arrangement of tables, chairs, tablecloths, glasses, etc. at an additional cost. This service is subject to the availability of our events co-ordinator.

Q: Does Easy Does It’s menu include a starter?
A: No, but we can arrange a starter at an additional cost.

Q: Does Easy Does It charge a travel fee?
A: Our service includes a free travel charge within a 30km trip from Brackenfell. Travel cost outside this radius will be advised.
